Minimum quantities depend on the product, supplier and branding. We confirm them before you commit and review options if a minimum exceeds your needs.
Can you brand products for our property?
Share your preferred presentation. Artwork, sample options, quantities and costs are checked for your request before any production is approved.
How do pricing and deposits work?
Your written quotation states the scope, taxes, delivery, deposit and remaining payment terms. You approve the proposal before any commitment. This website does not collect payment.
How soon can you deliver?
Tell us your preferred date, especially for a new opening. Availability and lead times are confirmed after supplier review; sending a brief does not reserve stock.
Can you help with samples and repeat orders?
Sample arrangements and costs are confirmed individually. We can also discuss replenishment quantities and preferred presentation so future enquiries start with a clearer brief.
What happens after I enquire?
You receive an on-screen reference. We review your brief personally and use your chosen contact method to clarify requirements and discuss suitable options. If you need to amend your request, email us with that reference.
