StaySource is a working trading name for an emerging Sri Lankan hospitality sourcing service. The owner handles enquiries at jayyysg@gmail.com. Any quotation will identify the contracting party and applicable commercial terms before you agree to proceed.

What we collect and why

Your enquiry stores your property name, contact name, email or WhatsApp number, location, room count, sourcing list, branding preferences, delivery requirements and notes. The owner uses this information to review your request, clarify specifications, prepare a quotation and follow up on that enquiry. Please avoid sensitive personal, payment or identity information in the form.

Who can access your brief

Enquiry records and private operational notes are restricted to approved owner accounts. Hosting and database storage are provided through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. No customer or supplier messages or orders are sent automatically by the enquiry form.

Supplier briefs omit property names, contact details and notes by default. The owner reviews other free-text fields before manually sharing a necessary specification. We do not sell enquiry details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Notifications and technical data

An internal dashboard notification is created when an enquiry is received. If owner email alerts are enabled, only the enquiry reference, a general request summary and a secure dashboard link are sent through the configured email provider. Customer contact details and free-text notes are excluded from those alerts. Automatic customer acknowledgements and WhatsApp messages are not enabled.

The form does not save personal details in your browser’s local storage. Necessary cookies may be used for owner sign-in. A temporary hashed request-source identifier helps limit spam; expired rate-limit entries are cleared as requests are processed. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the normal network information needed to serve them.

Retention and your requests

Unconverted enquiries should be reviewed after 90 days, and unnecessary personal data removed subject to records needed for accepted business. This review is manual; automatic deletion is not implemented. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing jayyysg@gmail.com with your enquiry reference. Identity may need to be checked before disclosing or changing a record.

Quotation and commercial terms

A quotation request is not an order, reservation, agreed price or payment commitment. Availability, minimum quantities, specifications, samples, artwork, taxes, delivery, deposit and cancellation terms must be confirmed in an accepted written proposal. No supplier appointment, exclusivity, certification or guaranteed delivery is represented. Island Botanica is a developing collection concept; branded production remains subject to supplier and branding approvals.

Payments and supplier commitments require separate human approval. This site does not collect card or bank details and has no online checkout.
